The scene:

It was deep winter 2024, in Washington D.C., and we were a gang of pals with the blues. The days were short and the nights were long — but not in a good way.

What started as a seed of an idea — to produce a queer party that would cure the winter sad — morphed into not just a series of glittering blow-out bashes, but a stand-out sapphic event in DC’s queer landscape. As part of our guiding principles, we continue to think a lot about being that party we wish to see in the world + how to create the community that we wish to be a part of.
